About Villa Infinite
Discover our story, the villa, and the captivating island of La Palma

An Escape Beyond Compare
A contemporary villa with breathtaking ocean panoramas. Perched on a hillside overlooking the Atlantic, the villa offers two guests an unparalleled private escape. Nestled near Puntagorda on the island's southwestern coast, the property sits within one of La Palma's most striking protected landscapes. Clean architectural lines are accentuated by a cantilevered wraparound terrace – evoking the walkway of an ocean liner – that extends to a dramatic infinity pool appearing to spill into the deep blue sea beyond. Sculptural cacti punctuate the tiered garden, lending bold geometric forms to the natural terrain. Soaring 3.70 m ceilings of raw concrete give the effortlessly refined interior a spacious loft-like atmosphere, perfectly complementing an eclectic mix of mid-century furnishings and curated artwork from around the globe. Expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing frames an unbroken horizon, creating the sensation of standing at the helm of a vessel. Every room is bathed in natural light and appointed with thoughtful detail – a generous bedroom with en-suite bath, an open-concept living and dining area flowing into the kitchen – all embraced by sweeping panoramic windows and wraparound timber decks.
The lush Mediterranean-style gardens merge seamlessly with the surrounding wilderness, revealing ever-changing vistas of the dramatic coastline and open ocean at every turn. A natural rock promontory projecting from the slope provides a secluded vantage point to savour spectacular sunsets and pristine starlit skies.
Please note: owing to its hillside setting, the property is not suitable for children.
Useful information
The villa lies near Puntagorda, a charming village in La Palma's northwest – a heart-shaped island blessed with hidden beaches, volcanic peaks and ancient laurel forests. Tucked between the Garome and Izcagua ravines, Puntagorda is framed by pine and almond groves and celebrated for its stunning almond blossom season each January and February. Join the “Almendro en Flor” festival in February for live music, traditional dancing and complimentary almond and palm wine, or experience the patron saint festivities honouring San Mauro Abad every August. The Barranco de Izcagua gorge and the El Fayal forest are outstanding day-trip destinations close by. A lively weekend market, the Mercadillo, showcases regional produce, wines, artisan cheeses and handmade crafts. Hiking trails depart directly from the villa into the pristine wilderness of the greenest Canary Island. The extraordinary biodiversity of what many call “Europe’s Galápagos” delivers a nature experience found nowhere else. La Palma is renowned for exceptionally clear night skies with virtually no light pollution, offering world-class stargazing opportunities. The observatory atop Roque de los Muchachos – among the planet's foremost astronomical facilities – welcomes visitors by advance booking. A restaurant is just 1 km from the house, a supermarket 2 km, and the closest sandy beach lies 20 km away.
Ideal travel season
Equipped with central heating and a solar-warmed pool, the villa is a superb destination in every season. La Palma enjoys a gentle subtropical climate year-round: summer highs reach around 30 °C without becoming oppressive, while winter temperatures hover at a pleasant 10 °C. Ocean temperatures range from a refreshing 18 °C in February to a balmy 28 °C in summer.
